Aebilskivers

I made a super fancy breakfast the other day.

 Aebilskivers! 

The hardest part is finding yourself a pan.

I grew up eating these at my grandma's house and now my mom makes them for my kids.

We filled ours with applesauce, raspberry jam and peanut butter.
