I love meals that come together in just minutes. This happens to be one of them, everyone in my family likes it and that is makes it a double win!
You can fill it up with as many veggies as you can think to add to it, you can substitute brown rice for white.
And once you brown the ground beef, it pretty much is "set it and forget it".
1 pound ground beef
1 package Taco Seasoning Mix
1 can condensed Tomato Soup
2 cups water
1 cup uncooked instant white rice
Toppings:
Salsa
Olives
Avocados
Green Onions
Shredded Cheddar cheese
Shredded lettuce
Tortilla chips
Cook beef and taco seasoning in skillet until browned. ( If needed - Pour off fat.)
Add soup, water and rice. Heat to a boil. Cover and cook over low heat 20 min. or until done.
Top with your desired toppings - salsa, cheese and lettuce. Serve with tortilla chips for dipping.
