Honey and Maple Pork Chops in the Instapot


Did you get an Instapot for Christmas?  I did, and I am having so much fun using it. For the first little while, I used it like crazy to make rice, and potatoes. Those things that you add to your meal but are kinda a no-brainer. I was a little bit nervous about it. But I am loving it!  

If you want to try this recipe, but don't have an Instapot, you can toss it into your slow cooker and I have the times on the recipe for that. 

I served it up with some Moroccan Sweet Potatoes a yummy green salad (which was a perfect flavor balance with the vinaigrette. Next time I make these, I am going to saute' up some apples with a little bit of spice to them.  This was a huge hit in my family and I hope yours likes it as well.
