Once upon a time, I was very afraid to cook greens, I had eaten them once at a restaurant and cleared everyone else's plates as well as my own. But I had no idea how to cook them at home - and I wanted them to be healthy. It made no sense to me to cook these amazing super foods and use a ton of things that were horrible for me in the process. That is when I found this recipe / method of cooking greens.
