Pickled Red Onions


I saw these posted on the Utah Food Sense Instagram page a couple of months ago, and I knew I had to make them immediately.  They are everything promised and MORE. They go great on salads, sandwiches, burgers, as toppings for tacos or leftovers than need a little bit of OOMPH!

They take less than 10 minutes to make, so you can always have a jar in your fridge just waiting to be put on everything. You are going to love them, as much as we do.
